Last Leaf one day I met a cat, at that time I was eating at a restaurant on the side of the road. I enjoyed the food I had. then, came a cat meow meow to me. looks like he's hungry. I couldn't bear to see that, so I gave the cat a piece of cooked chicken. The cat did not eat the chicken on the spot but instead went with the chicken. I followed the cat. Most people may not realize that the damage caused by bullying can be so serious. It can be as serious as “death” in extreme cases. If you think that bullying is not a serious matter to deal with just because it merely hurt “feelings” then I have to tell you that you are completely wrong. This “merely hurt your feelings” thing can be the beginning of various worse scenarios such as physical assault, suicide, or any other kinds of violent acts carried out in the name of revenge. As I said just now that bullying is not a serious problem for some people, just because we simply don’t see the damage. But the thing is, based on my experience as a teacher, I learned that the effect of bullying can stay undetected for years.   Bullying is a serious public health problem that may include verbal or physical injury as well as social isolation or exclusion. As a result, research is lneeded to establish a database for policies and interventions designed to prevent bullying and its negative effects. This paper presents a case study that contributes to the literature by describing an intervention for bullies that has implications for practice and related policies regarding bullying. FIVE PRACTICAL WAYS TO STOP BULLYING AND INTOLERANCE 1) Recognize and Respond Bullying and intolerance manifest as verbal, written or physical acts that harm another person.
